FAA Baseball
The Finneytown Athletic Association (FAA) Baseball League is dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of baseball while fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, and a lifelong love for the game in a fun, supportive, and competitive environment.
FAA Baseball participates in several age-appropriate leagues that support this mission, including Finneytown’s Junior Wildcat Tee Ball League, the Reds Little Sluggers League, and the North Region Knothole League. We also hope to develop a girls softball league in the near future to further encourage youth athletics throughout our community.
FAA Baseball is open to boys and girls ages 3–9, with boys eligible to continue participation through age 15. Participants must reside within Springfield Township or currently attend Finneytown Schools. Special eligibility considerations may be granted, including for players who have previously participated in FAA sports programs. All player eligibility and team roster assignments are determined in accordance with league policies and FAA baseball program directors.
Who we are
The FAA is a non-profit organization focused on promoting youth athletics including, but not limited to, baseball, basketball, cheerleading, football, soccer, and softball for all youth who reside or attend school within the boundaries of the Finneytown Local School District and nearby communities.
How can I help?
Did you know that there is an FAA Meeting on the second Sunday of every month?
2025 meetings: 1/12, 2/9, 3/9, 4/13, 5/11, 6/8, No July mtg, 8/10, 9/14, 10/12, 11/9, No Dec. mtg
Every month the FAA Board and FAA Sports Directors meet to discuss all relevant topics within the FAA. We are looking for more community involvement to strengthen our program and invite everyone to attend.
The meeting is held on the second Sunday of every month. It is typically held either via Zoom or in the Senior Lounge next to the MP on Finneytown's secondary campus.
The meeting starts at 7PM and is approximately 90 minutes. If you have any suggestions, questions, ideas or would just like to be involved in the future of our community, please stop by, everyone is welcome. There is a residence open forum during the meeting which allows a resident member up to 5 minutes to address the board.
